The Lindström RX8149 diagonal cutter is characterized by its robust construction and reinforced cutting edge, specifically designed for precise cutting of hard materials such as wire, nails, or thin metal rods. This high-performance tool is ideal for use in electronics manufacturing, craftsmanship, and metal processing.Made from a high-performance steel alloy, the RX8149 offers maximum cutting capacity for copper wire and features induction-hardened precision cutting edges that are exceptionally durable and resilient. The cutting edges have a hardness of 58-60 HrC, and the tool is coated with a phosphate surface to minimize friction and maximize lifespan.
The ergonomically designed ERGO™ handles with a thermoplastic surface ensure optimal grip and are made from a durable two-component material. The handles are ESD-safe and feature an opening spring that is adjustable in three positions to regulate tension during use.
With an overall length of 139 mm and a weight of 70 g, the RX8149 is compact and handy. The head shape is pointed, and the jaw length is 14 mm, which, along with the small head size and a mini-bevel, ensures precise cuts.
