Tip cutting pliers 573E

The Weller Erem 573E precision cutter is a highly precise tool specifically designed for use in microelectronics. With its extra small, angled head shape and a head width and thickness of 11 mm and 6 mm respectively, this model allows for precise work in hard-to-reach areas. The blade length is 2.54 mm and the total length of the precision cutter is 125 mm, making it particularly handy.
The ESD-safe design ensures a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm according to MIL-standard, making the precision cutter also suitable for sensitive electronic components. The patented opening system with invisibly integrated springs ensures durability and safety by minimizing the risk of injury. Moreover, the innovative Stop! limit system prevents the blades from crossing and thus damaging the cutting edges.
For additional safety, the optional wire holder protects against injuries to the eyes and destruction of assemblies by uncontrollably detached cutting residues. The precision cutter is designed for a normal cut without burr and is suitable for soft materials such as copper wire and cables, but also offers the ability to effectively process hard and very hard steel wires.

The Weller Erem Series 500 Micro is a complete range of medium sized, robust precision cutting pliers with a wide choice of head shapes. The cutting pliers are manufactured from high quality tool steel. The cutting edges are hardened to Rockwell 63-65 HRC. The precision cutting pliers have a non-reflective surface, are ESD-safe and can be resharpened.
