Long-nosed pliers RX7892, 60° bent
The Lindström RX7892 needle-nose pliers, developed as part of the ERGO™ process, combine high performance with ergonomic comfort. These 60° angled needle-nose pliers are made from a high-performance steel alloy and hardened to a hardness of 42-46 HrC, ensuring their robustness and durability. The surface is polished, and the edges are precisely sharpened by numerically controlled machine grinding, which ensures increased load capacity.
The handles are coated with a thermoplastic layer over hard polypropylene, providing optimal grip. The ESD-safe design of the handles made from synthetic two-component material allows for precise control during handling. The integrated opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed to regulate tension during use.
With a length of 155.5 mm and a weight of 73 g, the pliers are handy and efficient in application. The head shape is angled with a head width of 9 mm and a tip width of 1.2 mm, enabling precise work even in small areas. The handles are specially designed for comfort during long and intensive use periods, with softly rounded shapes and adjustable spring tension contributing to easy handling.
