Long-nosed pliers RX7893, short jaws
The Lindström RX7893 needle-nose pliers, developed as part of the ERGO™ process, combine high precision and ergonomics. This tool is specifically designed for demanding precision tasks and offers optimal grip thanks to the 2-component Ergo handles with a thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene. The handles are ESD-safe and feature a Micro-Touch shape that allows for fine control and rotation of the pliers between the thumb and index finger.
The pliers are made from a high-performance steel alloy and are hardened to a hardness of 42-46 HrC, enhancing their robustness and durability. The polished surface and numerically controlled machine grinding technique ensure precise alignment and high load capacity of the cutting edges. A special screw connection reduces friction and improves the alignment of the cutting edges.
With an overall length of 146.5 mm and a jaw length of 20 mm, the pliers are particularly handy. The tip measures 1.2 mm in width and 0.8 mm in thickness, allowing for the finest work. The opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed to adjust the tension during use. Weighing only 71 g and with compact dimensions of the head shape (head width: 9 mm, head thickness: 6.7 mm), handling is especially comfortable and precise.
