The 45° angled, flat-round jaws and the low-friction double spring facilitate the gentle and uniform opening of the pliers. Thanks to the mirror polish and a fine oil film, the steel body is well protected against rust, which enhances the tool's durability and prevents electrical disturbances due to flaking chrome parts. With a total length of 115 mm and a head width of 11 mm, the pliers offer optimal handling. The jaw length is 22.5 mm with a tip width of 2.0 mm and a head thickness of 6.5 mm.
The half-round pliers 3542115 ESD are thus ideal for fine assembly work in electronic components, where ESD safety and precision are required.
