The Lindström RX7890 needle-nose pliers, developed as part of the ERGO™ process, are a precision tool distinguished by their high-quality craftsmanship and material selection. Made from a high-performance steel alloy and polished, they offer exceptional durability and resilience. The pliers are specially hardened to 42-46 HRC and feature a numerically controlled machine grinding process that ensures precise alignment and functionality.
The 32 mm long, pointed jaws, with a width of 1.2 mm and a thickness of 0.8 mm, are ideal for fine and precise tasks. The smooth gripping surface and the friction-reducing screw connection increase accuracy in gripping and cutting. The ESD-safe ERGO™ 2-component handles with a thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene provide optimal grip and control, even during extended use.
Equipped with an opening spring adjustable to three positions, the RX7890 needle-nose pliers facilitate repetitive tasks by limiting tension during use. Weighing only 72 g and with a total length of 158.5 mm, this tool is not only effective but also comfortable to handle.

Lindström ESD gripping pliers RX series

The RX series from Lindström impresses with high performance, precision and comfort. The 1% carbon/chromium steel material (ball bearing grade) is designed to meet extremely high strength and resistance requirements, and precision induction hardening has achieved a Rockwell hardness of 63-65 HRC. The precision joint with screw and nut guarantees the perfect alignment of the cutting edges and a long service life.

Handles: comfortable for large and small hands. Softly rounded shapes guarantee easy handling for precision work. Spring tension and clamping width are easily adjustable. Longer and wider jaws distribute the pressure and prevent point loads.
