Cutting head 1522NB
The Weller Erem 1522NB cutting head is a highly specialized side cutter designed for precise cuts in tight areas. This tool, made of robust special tool steel, features a pointed and slim head shape without a bevel, allowing it to flush cut soft steel wires as well as copper wire and cables up to a maximum diameter of 1.2 mm. The non-reflective surface helps reduce glare during use.
The cutting head is 69 mm long, with a jaw length of 7.6 mm and a head width of 11 mm. Thanks to ESD safety, it is also suitable for use in electrostatically sensitive areas. This makes the 1522NB cutting head a universal tool for professional applications in electronics and precision mechanics.
