The Weller Erem 530E10 distance cutter is a high-precision tool made from special tool steel, specifically developed for electronics manufacturing. This model provides precise separation of electronic components on circuit boards thanks to its sharp cutting wheel, with a set cutting length of 1.0 mm allowing for accurate control of distances. The integrated high-precision joints with a double self-locking screw joint significantly reduce wear.
Additionally, this model features a patented opening system that integrates the springs invisibly, thus minimizing the risk of injury. The ESD-safe standard handles meet MIL standards with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm, making the distance cutter safe to use with sensitive electronic components. The "Stop! Limit system" prevents the crossing of the blades, thus protecting against damage. An optional wire holder is available, which prevents eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled detached cutting debris.
With a total length of 120 mm and a head width of 11 mm, the distance cutter offers a robust and durable solution for demanding cutting tasks on soft to very hard steel wires, as well as copper wire and cables.
