Distance cutting pliers 530E12

The Weller Erem 530E12 distance cutter, made from high-quality tool steel, is specifically designed for precise processing of electronic components on circuit boards. This robust tool cuts copper with a predefined length of 1.2 mm and is ideal for use on hard and very hard steel wires as well as soft materials like copper wire and cables.
The ESD safety ensures a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 ohms according to MIL standard, making the distance cutter suitable for sensitive electronic assemblies as well as standard applications. The integrated high-precision joints with double self-locking screw joint minimize wear and increase the tool's longevity.
The patented opening system integrates the springs invisibly, thus preventing injury risks. Additionally, the "Stop! Limit system" ensures that the cutting edges do not cross over, thus preventing any damage. An optional wire holder is available, which minimizes the risk of eye injuries and the destruction of assemblies by uncontrolled detached cutting debris.
Technical specifications include a length of 120 mm, a jaw length of 20 mm, and a head width of 11 mm. The maximum diameter for soft materials is 1.15 mm, and the thickness/diameter combination is 1.2 mm.
