Distance cutting pliers 530E13

The Weller Erem 530E13 distance cutter is a high-precision tool made from special tool steel, specifically designed for electronics manufacturing. With a fixed cutting length of 1.3 mm, this model enables precise separation of copper and other soft materials with a maximum diameter of 1.15 mm. The large bevel of the cutting edge ensures universal use on hard and very hard steel wires as well as on soft materials like copper wire and cables.
The ESD-safe design with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 ohms according to MIL standard minimizes the risk of electrostatic discharges. The patented opening system integrates the springs invisibly, thereby ensuring safety and durability. A double self-locking screw joint with a large movement area reduces wear and increases the efficiency of the tool.
Additionally, the 'Stop! Stop system' prevents the blades from crossing and thus damaging them, while the optional wire holder prevents injuries and damage from uncontrolled detached cutting scraps. With an overall length of 120 mm, a jaw length of 20 mm, and a head width of 11 mm, this distance cutter is an indispensable tool for precise and safe cuts in electronics production.
