Equipped with a large bevel, the Distance Cutter 530E12 is universally applicable and cuts copper up to a length of 1.2 mm. The total length of the tool is 120 mm, with a jaw length of 20 mm and a head width of 11 mm. Its ESD-safe standard handles meet the MIL standard with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohms, providing additional safety when working with sensitive electronic components.
The patented opening system of the distance cutter integrates the springs invisibly, reducing the risk of injury and increasing the tool's durability. The functionality is complemented by the "Stop! Stop system" which prevents the blades from crossing over, thus protecting the components from damage. An optional wire holder is available, which further increases safety by preventing eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled severed cutting debris.

Suitable for cutting hard and very hard steel wires. Long service life.

Flush cut. Extremely sharp cutting edges. Only suitable for soft steel wires, copper wire and cable.
Without bevel flush (facet)
Flush cut for soft materials.
