The innovative design includes a double self-locking screw joint that provides a large range of motion and minimizes wear. Additionally, the patented spring opening system is invisibly integrated, reducing the risk of injury and increasing the tool's durability.
Another feature is the "Stop! Limit system" which prevents the blades from crossing and thus damaging the cutters. An optional wire holder is available, which protects against eye injuries and prevents the destruction of assemblies by uncontrollably detached cutting debris.
The distance cutter is designed for cuts without burrs, allowing an extremely sharp and flush cut, ideal for soft steel wires, copper wire, and cables. With a jaw length of 20 mm and a head width of 11 mm, the 530E15 distance cutter is an indispensable tool for precise and safe cutting work in electronics manufacturing.
