The Distanzschneider 530E15A from the Weller Erem Series 500 Micro is an essential tool for precise electronics manufacturing. Equipped with a variable cutting length and a protective stop screw, this tool enables accurate separation of electronic components on circuit boards. The integrated high-precision joints with a double self-locking screw joint offer a large range of motion and minimize wear. A patented opening system ensures the invisible integration of the springs, increases the safety and durability of the tool, and makes it replaceable.
The ESD-safe standard handles offer a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm according to MIL standard, which qualifies the Distanzschneider for sensitive electronic work. The Stop! stop system prevents the crossing of the blades and thus protects against damage. An optional wire holder is available, which prevents eye injuries and the destruction of assemblies by uncontrollably detached cutting waste.
The blades are universally applicable, from hard to soft steel wires as well as copper wire and cables, and offer both normal and flush cut. Made of high-quality tool steel with a non-reflective surface, the 530E15A is ESD-safe and can be resharpened. With a length of 125 mm and a jaw length and head width of 11 mm each, this Distanzschneider provides optimal handling for precise cuts.
