The cutting edges are made of robust tool steel and hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 63-65 HRc, offering a long lifespan and the possibility of resharpening. With a length of 120 mm and a jaw length of 20 mm, this precision cutter also enables precise work on medium-sized components.
The non-reflective surface and ESD safety, with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohms, ensure the safe handling of sensitive electronic components. The patented opening system integrates the springs invisibly and avoids injury risks. The double self-locking screw joint minimizes wear and enhances the precision of the cuts.
Additionally, the cutter features a 'Stop! Limit system' that prevents the crossing of the cutting edges, thus eliminating damage. An optional wire holder is available, which minimizes the risk of eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled cutting debris.

Normal cut. Suitable for cutting hard and soft steel wires as well as soft materials such as copper wire and cable.
With large bevel (facet)
Suitable for cutting hard and very hard steel wires. Long service life.
Without bevel (facet)
Flush cut. Extremely sharp cutting edges. Only suitable for soft steel wires, copper wire and cable.
Without bevel flush (facet)
Flush cut for soft materials.
