The KNIPEX 160 mm ISO 1000V side cutter is a VDE-tested, versatile side cutter specifically designed for use in hard-to-reach work areas. Its slim head shape and precise manufacturing from high-quality chrome-vanadium steel ensure long service life and reliability.
The pliers offer precision cutting for both soft and hard wire and enable a clean cut in thin copper wires, even at the cutting tips. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened, achieving a blade hardness of about 62 HRC.
The surface of the side cutter is chrome-plated, providing additional protection against corrosion. With a length of 160 mm and a maximum cutting capacity for soft wire of 4.0 mm diameter, this tool is ideal for professional applications. Tested according to VDE standards, this side cutter meets the highest safety standards.
