The ESD cross tweezers with interchangeable tip 2AXCPR.SA from ideal-tek is a high-quality tweezer designed for technical use, specifically developed for handling sensitive components. This tweezer is made from carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 66, which is enhanced with 30% carbon fiber, providing high mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance. It is heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can withstand temporary temperatures up to 190°C.
The tip of the tweezer is made from ESD-PEEK plastic, making it ideal for use in areas where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. The smooth, straight, and very fine tip allows for precise work without damaging sensitive materials like glass or ceramic substrates. The tweezer is sized with a width of 10 mm and a tip length of 26 mm, with a light weight of only 14 g.
This tool is not suitable for contact with strong acids, alkalis, as well as hot water or steam. This tweezer combines precision with technical robustness and is an indispensable tool for professionals in electronics assembly, micromechanics, and laboratories.
