The ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip 00CFR.SA by ideal-tek is specifically designed for handling sensitive components in areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. This tweezer is distinguished by its interchangeable tips made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, which not only provide high ESD safety but also excellent scratch resistance.
The tip shape is straight and the gripping and handle surfaces are smooth, allowing for precise handling. The tip itself is thick and has a width of 1.0 mm with a length of 25 mm. The entire tweezer measures 130 mm in length and 16 mm in height, with a weight of 17.5 g.
The material of the tweezer is made of stainless steel with a sandblasted surface, while the tip is made from a special plastic. The carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 66% plastic (PA66/CF30) ensures high mechanical strength, excellent wear and abrasion resistance, and a very low linear thermal expansion. Additionally, the tweezer is heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and temporarily resistant up to 190°C.
Please note that the tweezer is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
