The ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip 7CPR.SA by ideal-tek is specifically designed for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates, where scratch resistance is essential. This tweezer is made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic, consisting of 66% polyamide and 30% carbon fiber, which gives it excellent mechanical properties and high chemical resistance to oils, greases, and most nonpolar solvents. It is not only ESD-safe but also heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can briefly withstand temperatures up to 190°C.
The angled tip shape and the smooth gripping and handling surface allow for precise manipulation, while the beveled and fine tip is designed for exact work. The tip width is 0.5 mm with a length of 26 mm, and the total weight of the tweezer is only 17 grams. The surface is sandblasted, which contributes to its durability and abrasion resistance. Despite its robustness, this tweezer is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
