The Ideal-Tek 7CFR.SA ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip is a high-quality universal tweezer specifically designed for handling sensitive components in areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. Made from stainless steel and a tip made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, this tool offers excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance to oils, fats, and most nonpolar solvents. The tweezer is heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can briefly withstand temperatures up to 190°C.The interchangeable tips are made of plastic and offer maximum visibility and improved ergonomics through their 60° curved shape. The smooth gripping and handling surface ensures safe handling without scratching the processed materials. With a surface resistance of 102 Ω and a tip length of 25 mm, the tweezer is ideal for precise work. Additionally, it is ESD-safe and lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
Please note that the tweezer is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. With a length of 130 mm and a weight of 17.5 g, this tool is both robust and easy to handle.
