The ESD tweezer with plastic tip 259CF.SA from ideal-tek is a precision-crafted instrument specifically designed for handling sensitive components in areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. This universal tweezer is made of stainless steel, sandblasted, and features a straight, very fine, and pointed plastic tip that ensures scratch-free handling of glass and ceramic substrates.
The tweezer is characterized by its high mechanical strength and toughness, supported by a reinforcement with 30% carbon fiber. It is heat stabilized up to a continuous use temperature of 130°C and temporarily resistant up to 190°C. The surface resistance is 102 Ω, highlighting the ESD safety.
Despite its excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases, and nonpolar solvents, it is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, as well as hot water or steam. With a length of 130 mm and a weight of only 17 g, the tweezer offers excellent handling and precision.
Produced in Switzerland, this high-quality tool guarantees durability and reliability for demanding applications in laboratories and electronics assembly.
