The Weller Erem tweezers are specifically designed for handling very small cylindrical components with diameters ranging from 1.2 to 2.5 mm. The tips of these high-precision tweezers are angled at 40°, enabling optimal accessibility and precision during assembly.
The tweezers feature a smooth gripping surface and a ridged grip area, ensuring a secure and comfortable hold. The tip shape is cylindrical and slightly beveled, which facilitates work under challenging conditions. With a length of 115 mm, it offers good reach without compromising handling.
The material used, stainless steel (No. 4435 / AISI 316), ensures durability and resistance to corrosion and acids. Additionally, the surface is antimagnetic, allowing for use in sensitive electronic environments. The type number of the tweezers is permanently stamped, ensuring clear identification even after prolonged use.
