Replacement exchangeable tips A00CF

The Ideal-Tek A00CF replacement tweezer tip is a high-quality solution for technical applications where precision and material care are required. Made in Switzerland, this kit includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws, specially developed for the Type 00CF tweezers. The tips, made from an ESD-capable plastic reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, not only offer excellent wear resistance and mechanical stability but also very low friction and outstanding chemical resistance against oils, fats, and most nonpolar solvents.
The tips are straight, thick, edgy, and strong, with a width of 8.0 mm and a tip width of 1.0 mm. The total length is 40 mm with a weight of only 1 gram. Despite their robustness, the tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can withstand temperatures up to 190°C for short periods. The surface resistance is 102 Ω, highlighting the ESD safety.
Due to their properties, the replacement tip is particularly suitable for handling sensitive components in areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. Please note that the material is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
