Replacement exchangeable tips A2ACF

The replacement tip A2ACF from ideal-tek is specifically designed for use in areas where sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates need to be handled. These tips are made from a polyamide 66 plastic reinforced with 30% carbon fiber to ensure high mechanical strength and excellent wear resistance. The tips feature very high stiffness as well as excellent tensile and bending strength. They are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and have a maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short periods.
The product includes 2 carbon fiber tips and 3 screws, specifically for the type 2ACF tweezers. The material composition ensures ESD safety and prevents scratches on sensitive surfaces. The tips have a straight shape, are very fine, rounded, and flat, with a width of 8.0 mm and a tip width of 2.0 mm. The thickness is 0.5 mm, height 3.5 mm, and length 40 mm.
Please note that the tips are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. Ideal for applications in micromechanics and electronics assembly.
