The replacement tip A5CF from ideal-tek is a high-quality solution for precise assembly work in areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. This tip is specifically designed for handling sensitive components like glass and ceramic substrates, where scratch resistance is crucial. Made from Polyamide 66, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, the material offers exceptional wear resistance, low friction, as well as high mechanical strength and toughness.
The tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can withstand temperatures up to 190°C for short periods. With a very low linear thermal expansion coefficient and good chemical resistance against oils, greases, and nonpolar solvents, but not against strong acids and alkalis, this tip is suitable for demanding environments.
The kit includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws, ideal for the Type 5CF tweezers. The tip shape is straight, very fine, and sharp, with a width of 8.0 mm and a tip width of only 0.5 mm, enabling precise work. The surface resistance is 10^2 Ω, highlighting the ESD safety and confirming suitability for ESD-sensitive environments.
