The SMD Universal Tweezers ESD AC SA by Bernstein is a high-quality, technical tweezer specifically developed for the demands of SMD/THT technology. This tool is ideal for handling Mini MELFs, diodes, resistors, and wires. The tweezers are made from a non-rusting austenitic chromium-nickel quality steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance due to its low carbon content.
The surface of the tweezers is matte and finely polished to prevent reflections, and features a black ESD coating that ensures a surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 Ohm. This coating makes the tweezers safe for electrostatically sensitive components. The tweezers are 110 mm long, have a tip width of 0.2 mm, and weigh 18 g. Their anti-magnetic and acid-resistant properties enhance the versatility and durability of the tool.
The grip area is grooved for a secure hold, while the tip of the tweezers is flat and smooth to enable precise handling of small components.
