SMD tweezers SM117.SA
The SMD tweezer SM117.SA from ideal-tek is a high-precision tool designed for the exact positioning and soldering of components in SOT packages. Manufactured in Switzerland, this tweezer offers optimal handling due to its special shape and the sandblasted, acid-resistant surface made of stainless steel. The slanted and wide tip of the tweezer ranges between 1.50 and 1.00 mm in width and allows for precise manipulation of components up to a width of 1 mm.The total length is 120 mm, with a tip length of 30 mm and a thickness of 0.4 mm. The tweezer weighs 15 g and features a smooth gripping and handling surface, providing comfortable and secure handling. The epoxy coating protects against electrostatic discharge, making the tool ideal for use in clean rooms and when handling sensitive electronic components.
The groove on the handle reduces the stress exerted on the components, thereby preventing potential damage during positioning and soldering.
