SMD tweezers Ultra Fine ESD 5b SA

The SMD Tweezers ESD Ultra Fine 5b SA by Bernstein are specifically designed for precise gripping, holding, and positioning tasks. This high-quality tool is made from austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance due to its low carbon content, although not against seawater. The tweezers are anti-magnetic, rust-proof, and acid-resistant, and have a non-reflective, finely polished matte surface.
The ultra-fine, 30° angled tips are about 30 mm long and have a thickness of 0.2 mm with a tolerance of +/-0.05 mm, ideal for work under a microscope or in robotics. The conductive black ESD coating provides a surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 Ohms, making the tweezers also suitable for electrostatically sensitive components.
With a total length of 110 mm and a weight of only 15 g, this precise instrument allows for fatigue-free handling during repeated accurate settings.
