The SMD tweezer type SM104.SA from CK is characterized by its precise manufacturing and high functionality. Made from stainless steel (No. 4435 / AISI 316), it offers excellent resistance to acids and corrosion. The antimagnetic feature and the polished, matte surface ensure safe handling in sensitive work environments.
The cross-handle pattern is specifically designed for handling SOT packages and monolithic chip capacitors, making the tweezers particularly suitable for precise assembly work. The angled tip with a 20° bend and the smooth gripping and handling surface support precise manipulation of components. The tip of the tweezers is chamfered, wide, short, and flat, providing additional stability when working with small parts. With a length of 120 mm, this tool allows excellent control.
Despite its many advantages, these tweezers are not ESD-safe, which should be considered when used in electrostatically sensitive areas.
