The ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip 2ABCPR.SA by ideal-tek, made from a high-quality, stainless steel body and a plastic CF tip (Polyamide 66%, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber), offers an optimal solution for precise work in sensitive areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. The tweezer is characterized by its ESD properties and a heat-stabilized use up to 130°C, making it ideal for handling sensitive components where scratch-free is essential.
Technical specifications include a maximum short-term temperature resistance of 190°C and a surface resistance of 102 Ω. The tip shape is bent with a bend angle of 45° and the tip length is 27 mm, which, along with the smooth gripping and handling surface, allows for precise manipulation. The tweezer is also equipped with a beveled and very fine, rounded tip that has a width of 1.8 mm and a thickness of 0.5 mm.
Caution: The tool is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. The total length of the tweezer is 130 mm, and it weighs 18 g, ensuring lightweight and efficient handling.
