The SMD tweezer set ESD 11 pcs. geometric includes a selection of high-quality precision tweezers and a practical tool holder. Each tweezer is specifically designed for gripping, holding, and positioning geometrically shaped components, ideal for use in pick-and-place processes. The tweezers are made of stainless, matte polished steel, are antimagnetic, acid-resistant, and coated with an ESD finish, qualifying them for use in electrostatically protected areas (ESD workstation/ESD protection zone).
Additionally, the set contains conductive plastic tweezers made from Vestamid PA12 L-polyamide, a technical high-performance plastic that is glass fiber reinforced, acid-resistant, and usable up to 175°C. The included tweezer holder TWEEZ made of conductive steel (light gray RAL 7035) ensures organized storage and protects the delicate tips of the tweezers.
The entire set includes various tweezer models with different shapes and angles, all of which are conductive, to allow versatile application. The dimensions of the set are 40 mm in width, 50 mm in height, and 125 mm in length, with a total weight of 310 g. This set is an essential equipment for professionals working in highly sensitive electronic manufacturing environments.
