MG140 Extraction unit

The Weller MG 140 extraction unit is specifically designed for use in Class 10000 cleanrooms and enables efficient extraction of gases and particles. This mobile unit is characterized by its flexibility, as it can easily be moved between different workstations thanks to its four casters. It can be used at up to two workstations simultaneously and features a large gas filter volume as well as a 3-stage filter system, which includes a compact filter (particle filter H13 and broadband gas filter) and a fine dust pre-filter F7.
The technical specifications include a width of 335 mm, a height of 655 mm, and a length of 350 mm. The device operates with a power of 100 W at a voltage of 100 - 240 V, facilitating global use. The air throughput is 140 m³ per hour with a maximum vacuum of 2,300 Pa and a weight of 18 kg. The noise level remains pleasantly low at 50 dB.

MG 140 Extraction unit

The Weller MG 140 is a compact but powerful extraction unit that has been specially developed for single and double workstations. It reliably removes harmful vapors and particles generated during soldering and ensures a clean and safe working environment. The extraction unit is available in two versions: with a particle and fine dust filter or with a special filter for use in cleanrooms.

The turbine speed and the alarm function can be set in a user-friendly way using an optional remote control.
