Product Info

The Zero Smog 4V extraction unit, developed by Weller, is distinguished by its efficient handling of adhesive fumes. With a width of 325 mm, a height of 505 mm, and a length of 345 mm, this model is compact and, thanks to its four wheels, flexible in its use. The device features a powerful, maintenance-free blower that allows an airflow of up to 230 m³/h while maintaining a noise level of only 48 dB.
The Constant Flow Control (CFC) function automatically optimizes the extraction performance, ensuring consistent efficiency regardless of the number of connected workstations (up to four). The electronic filter monitoring with optical and acoustic alarm functions enables easy monitoring of the condition of the special broadband gas filter for adhesive fumes.
Other technical features include a power of 275 W, a voltage of 230 V, and a weight of 19 kg. The maximum vacuum of the device is 2,700 Pa. Remote control is possible via an RS 232 connection, and an efficiency test can be conducted through a USB port.
