The LDA 1 solder fume absorber offers an effective solution for absorbing harmful solder fumes at the workplace. This device has been specifically designed to prevent headaches, eye irritation, and fatigue commonly caused by inhaling solder fumes. The integrated axial fan, with an airflow of 183 m³/h and a power consumption of only 8 watts, draws the fumes through an activated carbon filter that effectively binds chemical pollutants.
Compared to fixed installation extraction systems, the LDA 1 offers significant advantages: The workplace layout remains flexible, as the devices do not need to be permanently mounted. Additionally, there are no maintenance costs for regular cleaning of the extraction ducts. A device failure does not result in the shutdown of the entire system, and the energy consumption is extremely low at only 18 watts. Moreover, the device is cost-effective due to mass production.
The compact design with dimensions of 150 mm in width, 55 mm in height, and 140 mm in length, along with an aluminum casing, makes the LDA 1 robust and durable. The noise level remains pleasantly low at 40 dB. The device operates at a voltage of 220 - 240 V.
