WXD 2020 soldering station

The Weller WXD 2020 soldering station, developed by Weller, is specifically designed for demanding applications in electronics manufacturing and repair, including industries such as aerospace. This set features the WXD 2 power unit, which provides two channels for simultaneous use of soldering and desoldering tools. Included are the WXDP 120 desoldering iron and the WXP 120 soldering iron, complemented by the WSR 207 and WSR 201 safety rests.
The station requires a connection to an external compressed air system and offers precise digital temperature control from 50°C to 550°C. The temperature stability is at ±2°C, which, along with the fast heat-up time of the desoldering iron (40 seconds) and the patented ESD-safe technology, ensures high efficiency and safety in operation. The integrated USB interfaces allow easy connection to external devices and the performance of firmware updates.
With dimensions of 170 x 151 x 130 mm and a weight of approximately 3.2 kg, the WXD 2020 is robust yet compact. The housing consists of an aluminum base with an antistatic black coating and an antistatic plastic casing, which underscores the durability and operational safety.

WXD 2 Soldering station sets

The Weller WXD soldering station sets are specially designed for demanding soldering and desoldering applications in electronics production, repair technology and sensitive areas such as aerospace. Both sets are based on the powerful WXD 2 supply unit (255W), which has two channels and therefore enables parallel operation of soldering and desoldering tools. The sets contain different soldering irons and suitable safety rests.
