JBC KN-B Nitrogen Measurement and Control System
The JBC KN-B Nitrogen Measurement and Control System is an optimal solution for improving the quality of each solder joint through the use of nitrogen. It provides additional heat and protects the soldering tip from oxidation. The nitrogen flow is automatically activated when the T245N nitrogen handle is removed from the stand and stops when the handle is reset and the soldering tip reaches the resting temperature.
The system requires a GN nitrogen generator or an existing nitrogen supply. It is compatible with the DI control unit as well as the older DD and DM control units. ESD safety is ensured by compliance with the ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 standard.
