Suction nozzle XDSL 1

The Weller XDSL 1 suction nozzle is specifically designed for use in demanding soldering environments. This nozzle is distinguished by its durability, which is nearly doubled compared to conventional XDS desoldering nozzles. The high-quality, stainless steel tube of the XDSL series protects the tin inside from wear caused by solder residues, flux, and mechanical abrasion.
The XDSL 1 has an outer diameter of 2.5 mm and a length of 10.5 mm. The inner diameter is 1.4 mm. These dimensions ensure precise and efficient handling in various applications. Weller Suction nozzles XDSL

The XDSL suction nozzles are designed for the DSX desoldering iron and are ideal for removing solder from a wide variety of solder joints. They heat up, melt the solder and suck it out through an integrated tube into the tin collection container when the vacuum is activated. Compared to XDS desoldering nozzles, they offer almost double the operating time (long life). A high-quality, stainless steel tube protects the tin on the inside of the XDSL nozzle and prevents wear on the copper body of the nozzle, which can be caused by residual soldering material, flux material and abrasion.
