The FLUX-OFF® water-soluble flux remover from Chemtronics is an efficient solution for cleaning water-soluble and rosin-based fluxes. This product is available in a 200 ml spray can with a convenient brush (BrushClean), allowing for targeted application. It is particularly safe for use on plastics and water-sensitive components.
The flux remover is characterized by its quick-drying formula, which evaporates without leaving residues and effectively removes both ionic and non-ionic flux residues, even from hard-to-reach areas. Despite its high effectiveness, the product is flammable and should therefore not be used on live circuits.
Additionally, the cleaner is ozone-friendly and free from CFCs and HCFCs, making it an environmentally conscious choice. With proper storage, FLUX-OFF® has a shelf life of 5 years.
