The ISO-Core® Clear Sn100Ni+ solder wire from Felder is specifically designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This high-quality product is made from lead-free, highly pure alloy components in accordance with international standards and meets the Sn99.3CuNiGe alloy specification. The solder wire has a diameter of 0.50 mm, is delivered on a 0.500 kg spool, and features a melting point of 227°C.The integrated No-clean flux technology contains low levels of halogens and ensures splash-free, crystal clear residues and optimal wetting during manual and machine soldering. The standard flux content is 3.5%, and the flux meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.2.2.B, and DIN EN 91190-1-3, REL1, ensuring high reliability and thermal stability. Ideal for applications requiring precise and clean processing.
