The solder wire ISO-Core® Clear Sn100Ni+ by Felder is specifically designed for precise soldering applications in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This high-quality product is made from lead-free, highly pure alloy components according to Sn99.3CuNiGe and meets international standards. With a diameter of 1.0 mm and a weight of 500 g per spool, this solder wire offers optimal handling for both manual and automatic soldering processes.The unique composition of the solder wire ensures a melting point of 227°C and is equipped with a standard flux content of 3.5%, certified according to DIN EN 29454.1, 1.2.2.B, and DIN EN 91190-1-3, REL1. The flux is weakly halogenated, leading to splash-free, crystal clear residues and thermally stable as well as optimal wetting. The ISO-Core® Clear Sn100Ni+ is ideal for applications requiring the highest precision and reliability.
