The solder wire ISO-Core® EL S-Sn60Pb40 by Felder is a high-quality choice for technical applications in electronics, suitable for both manual and machine soldering. This product is distinguished by its Sn60Pb40 alloy and offers a melting point between 183°C and 190°C, ensuring reliable processing. The diameter of the wire is 0.75 mm and it is supplied on a 500 g spool.
The solder wire is filled with a no-clean, halogen-free activated flux, which constitutes 3.5% of the total weight and meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and 2.2.3.B as well as DIN EN 61190-1-3. These features make the solder wire particularly suitable for precise and clean solder joints, without the need for subsequent cleaning processes.
