The solder wire ISO-Core® RA Sn96Ag04Cu0.7 from Felder is specifically designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. The alloy consists of Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7 and is lead-free, meeting current environmental standards.
