The solder wire ISO-Core® RA Sn96Ag04Cu0.7 from Felder is specifically designed for precise soldering applications in electronics and electrical engineering, and is suitable for both hand and machine soldering. This high-quality product is made from lead-free alloy components Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7, which are carefully selected according to international standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
The spool weighs 500 g and has a melting point of 217 °C, enabling efficient processing. The solder wire is filled with a halogen-activated flux that meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.2.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3, ROM1. The halogen content is below 1%, while the standard flux content is 2.5%, ensuring optimal flux activity with minimal residue formation.
Thanks to the use of the same high-purity alloy components as the Felder ISO-Tin® electronics solders, this solder wire guarantees high performance for demanding soldering processes.
