The MiniStrip Advanced Set is a high-precision stripping tool specifically designed for cables with small diameters. It allows for absolutely precise and repeatable stripping of cable ends thanks to an innovative four-blade system. The device removes the jacket by rotary cutting and subsequent pulling in one operation, while strands can be twisted simultaneously depending on the cable and stripping length. This technique is particularly suitable for processing optical fibers, coaxial cables, and Teflon-coated cables, without damaging conductors or glass fibers.
The set includes, in addition to the stripping tool, a transport case that features a table mount and tweezers, as well as recesses for the MiniStrip and additional blade sets. Conductor diameters can range from 0.16 to 1.5 mm (15 - 34 AWG), and for certain types of insulation, an adjustment down to 0.10 mm (38 AWG) is possible. The maximum cable diameter is 2.5 mm with a maximum stripping length of 15 mm. The device allows for continuous adjustment of diameter and length and does not require external power, making it ideal for mobile use. It is suitable for processing Teflon, PVC, Kynar, and Kapton insulations.
The high processing quality and easy adjustment via a calibrated scale with a locking screw to block the diameter adjustment ensure precise repeatability and durability of the device.
