The KNIPEX crimp lever pliers are specifically designed for open connectors from AWG 27 to 13 and enable solder-free electrical connections. An innovative lever translation reduces the required hand force by up to 30% compared to conventional crimping pliers, significantly increasing work efficiency.
The pliers ensure a consistently high crimp quality, supported by precision inserts and a releasable forced lock. The crimp pressure is factory calibrated precisely, ensuring consistent performance. For crimping larger conductor cross-sections, the tool is equipped with a two-hand operation that, together with a balanced center of gravity, an angled head, and ergonomically shaped handles, allows for optimal handling.
Technically equipped with a length of 250 mm, a width of 82 mm, and a height of 27 mm, the pliers weigh 562 g. The material is burnished, which increases durability and robustness. The capacity of the pliers ranges from 0.1 to 2.5 mm², and they are suitable for sizes AWG 26 to 14. Note that the crimp insert is not interchangeable, and the tool is not ESD safe.
