Self-adjusting crimping pliers with hexagonal crimp

The self-adjusting crimping tool from KNIPEX allows for precise and standard-compliant crimping of wire end ferrules according to DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4 and is UL approved in conjunction with KNIPEX wire end ferrules 97 99 330 - 399. This tool is characterized by its hexagonal crimp shape, which is particularly suitable for confined connections and ensures an almost round compression. The automatic adjustment to the desired wire end ferrule size and the forced lock ensure consistently high crimp quality.
The pliers process wire end ferrules from 0.08 to 16 mm² and all twin wire end ferrules up to 2 x 10 mm² (AWG 2 x 8) using a toggle lever. The crimping tool is made of chrome vanadium electric steel, oil-hardened, and measures 180 mm in length, 75 mm in width, and 21 mm in height with a weight of 445 g. The ergonomic design and the small handle span allow for fatigue-free work, supported by a force amplification through a toggle lever.
