The ESD wire stripping pliers 3893 Ecotronic from CK is an essential tool for precise and safe stripping work, where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. This model is excellent for stripping all common types of wire insulation and offers six preset blade pairs for solid wires from 0.2 to 0.8 mm diameter (20–30 AWG).The pliers feature blades made of hardened special tool steel, ensuring long-lasting performance. An integrated scissor allows cutting soft copper wires up to a diameter of 3 mm. The tip of the pliers is equipped with serrated tips, which facilitate the gripping and wrapping of wires.
The handles are electrostatically discharging and offer high work comfort with their contoured two-component design. A locking mechanism secures the blade pairs in a closed position, while a gently acting return spring increases comfort during repetitive tasks. The black oxidized surface improves corrosion resistance and reduces glare.
The wire stripping pliers are 168 mm long, have a jaw length of 49 mm, and a head width of 28 mm. They are made of robust, hardened steel and, thanks to their ESD capability, are ideal for sensitive work environments.
