The KNIPEX wire stripper, model 12 42 195, features a fully automatic adjustment to various insulation thicknesses without the need for manual readjustment. This tool allows for precise stripping of wires with cross-sections from 0.03 to 10.0 mm² and incorporates a deep-set wire cutter that efficiently cuts both multi-strand copper and aluminum conductors up to 10 mm² as well as single-strand conductors up to 6 mm².The robust construction made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic and steel jaws ensures durability and safe handling without damaging the insulation. The pliers are equipped with a soft plastic zone on the handle that provides a non-slip and comfortable grip. Weighing only 150 g and measuring 195 mm in length, 112 mm in width, and 18 mm in height, the tool offers excellent manageability.
Recommended for industrial use, the pliers are particularly suitable for working on single-layer PVC insulations. The integrated blade block and length stop are replaceable, making the pliers especially maintenance-friendly.
