The control unit for intelligent EC screwdriving systems. These ensure the highest level of safety during the tightening processes and enable direct recording of measured values via torque and angle sensors as such and not indirect determination via the motor current. All kinds of screwdriving or strategies can be set. Multi-stage screwdriving processes, furrowing torque measurement and compensation, torque and/or angle screwdriving methods.
The GTCS controller monitors bolting status, parameter settings, and data storage for effective traceability. The SGT-CS series screwdrivers use a German-designed torque converter to precisely control tightening torque and speed. With its wide range of functions, the system offers the optimal tightening strategy for every screwdriving application. Users can set tightening targets (torque/thread) via the controller and switch between different programs to handle different tasks. The built-in Ethernet module eliminates the need to purchase an external module, and data can also be stored on an SD card to prevent the loss of information.
