Micro Cutter 612N The Weller Erem Series 600 Micro Cutters are designed for precision work in microelectronics, especially for hard-to-reach areas. These tools are made from high-quality tool steel, with cutting edges hardened to over 60 HRc, and feature a non-reflective surface. They are ESD-safe with a transition resistance of 10^5 to 10^9 Ohm according to MIL standard and offer the possibility for resharpening. The cutters feature a double self-locking screw joint that minimizes wear, and a patented opening system that integrates the springs invisibly, thus eliminating injury risks. An additional 'Stop! Stop system' prevents the crossing of the blades. Optionally, a wire holder is available that prevents eye injuries and damage to assemblies by uncontrolled detached cutting waste.
