The Oblique Front Cutter RX8248 from the Lindstrom RX series is characterized by its 45° long, conically bent jaws, which are specifically designed for the precise cutting of thin wires, cables, and components in confined work areas. This tool made from high-performance 1% carbon/chrome steel (bearing quality) achieves a Rockwell hardness of 63-65 HRC through precision induction hardening. The cutting edges are perfectly aligned by a precision joint with a screw and nut, ensuring a long lifespan.
The ERGO™ handles provide optimal grip thanks to the two-component material with a thermoplastic surface and are ESD safe. The opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed, reducing tension during use. This tool is particularly suitable for assembly and rework tasks.
